EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The owner is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may cause, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.
Astro Academy reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and the products offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who violate these conditions of use.
PURCHASING PROCESS
Users must follow the purchase process on the website during which they can select one or more products and add them to the shopping cart, and finally click on ‘Checkout’.
The user must first fill in the form that will appear on the website by completing the required fields. Once these fields have been filled in, he/she will be able to choose the method of payment, which may be by credit card or Paypal.
After the purchase, the User will be able to access all the contents necessary for the completion of the courses purchased only through the online training platform (astroacademy.net), identifying themselves, in any case, with the access credentials provided at the time of creating the user account.
The communications, purchase orders and payments involved in transactions carried out on the Website may be archived and kept in Astro Academy’s computerised records in order to constitute a means of proof of the transactions, in any case respecting the conditions of security and the applicable laws and regulations in force, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
LICENCE AND CONDITIONS OF USE
With the purchase of any course, access is offered only to the person who purchases it, for this reason, access to the account is limited to two simultaneous connections and a maximum of 5 different devices. If these limitations are exceeded, the account may be suspended indefinitely until the user solves the problem of these connections.
All user accounts generated on our training platform will be the property of Astro Academy, which reserves all rights over them at all times.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices displayed on the website are final, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless, by legal requirement, especially with regard to VAT, a different matter is indicated and applied.
Under no circumstances will the website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, but only those that the user has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The OWNER is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the web portal, including the graphic design and HTML code, and is also the owner or has the corresponding licence over the intellectual, industrial and image property rights of the contents distributed through the same.
The consumption of said contents does not imply a waiver, transmission, licence or total or partial transfer of said rights on the part of the owner, unless specified in the specific content.
Consequently, the User undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly communicate such content or remove or ignore the copyright notice, which exempts the website from any action that does not respect this policy. Any use not previously authorised by Astro Academy will be considered a serious breach of intellectual and industrial property rights, and we reserve the right to take any civil and criminal action that may be necessary to safeguard our rights, under penalty of incurring a crime against intellectual property under art. 270 and following articles of the Penal Code with prison sentences of up to 4 years.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The owner guarantees the student the possibility of cancelling their order within 30 calendar days of confirmation of purchase. All amounts paid will be refunded.
The Client shall communicate to the Owner, within the stipulated period, in a clear and unequivocal manner to the e-mail address info@astroacademy.net, his/her wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid, for which reason the user must indicate the number and holder of the credit card to which the holder must make the payment of the said amount. The deadline for this payment shall be a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Under no circumstances shall the cardholder refund any course or specific block, which has been completed more than 30% of its content.
EUROPEAN CONSUMER LEGISLATION
The European Commission has created the first European platform for dispute resolution in e-commerce under the latest consumer law. Astro Academy, as the operator of this online sales platform, has the duty to inform its Customers about the existence of an online platform for alternative dispute resolution.

MODIFICATIONS

The relationship between Astro Academy and the customer shall be governed by Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
